Hyderabad — Sindhi language music artist Malal Chandio yesterday released his 25th album which he claims will catch the audience by surprise. Malal says that his new album, like the past 24, will set new sales record globally. Malal’s 20th album “Toon Ker Ahain?” (Who’re You?) has already destroyed Michael Jackson’s record sales for his album “Thriller.”
Malal’s latest album is purely based on covers of Backstreet Boys’ songs from their various albums. Malal was present at the Hyderabad Media Press Club where he inaugurated his new album “Adi Quit Playing Game”. Malal introduced his album to the media and said that after 24 albums, he was looking for a harder challenge, and something exciting and also wanted to pay tribute to his favorite artists “The Backstreet Boys.”
“I thought about my situation and than I decided that by paying tribute to the BSB in English, I’ll be doing both… paying tribute and doing something exciting” Malal told the media representatives who were present at the inauguration. Malal says that his new album will yield positive results in the youth of Sindh and that he will use his popularity to make the audience love BSB again and maybe even make them come to Pakistan for a joint live concert.
The album is not available on iTunes yet but Malal is confident that it’s only a matter of time that iTunes will include his album on the store where it will get a chance to shred all of iTunes downloaded music records for albums.
