Karachi — An investigation team that was looking in to rumors that Hadiqa Kiyani’s hit song from yester-years has a secret Devil-worship message, announced that they are done with the investigation.
According to the rumors that were haunting the entire nation, Hadiqa’s song “Dupatta” when played back contains a secret message and possibly a way to bring the Devil in to the world. Hadiqa has again and again denied the allegations and says that she does not worship the Devil and, “… I never want the Devil to walk in front my street.”
The entire nation was looking forward to the announcement of the investigation team. The team consists of top minds from Pakistan that include Mr. Ijaz ul Haq who is the son of former dictator General Zia “bad ass” Ul Haq, and 3 other people.
The team, speaking to the media in a press conference that was held at the PC Karachi, said that they had found no evidence of any secret message on the track. They said that the track is played in reverse, all it sounds like is as if a couple of mad dogs were howling in the night. The team said that the dogs are not necessarily mad but are howling as if they are mad, “… no sure way to find out what the dogs are howling about. But they damn sure are not calling the Devil or anything. But the beat is pretty funky”
Hadiqa has released a statement saying, “I am glad this is finally behind us now. I am not a Devil worshiper. Though I like dogs and almost all my songs when played backwards sound like a bunch of hounds going to town on each other.”
